Investment Properties Grey Frame Ranch

This is our most recent whole house remodel located in Alpharetta. We replaced the roof, HVAC, hot water heater, and reworked the duct work systems, vented the venthood to the outside. We also replaced the soffit and fascia with Hardi material. Carpets are new, with fresh paint inside and out. We added new hardware, new appliances, electrical switches and receptacles, light fixtures, both entry doors and a lot of clean up. This little house was transformed. More recently, we tore out an old fiberglass shower/ tub and installed a tile shower with handicap accessories. Also, the front stairs were too narrow, so width was added to make a clean, easy entrance.
