This property needed some TLC. Of course, fresh paint, new carpet, new faux wood blinds, new counter tops and tile backsplash in the kitchen and a new stove added lots of equity in this home. We also enclosed and finished half of the basement. The existing concrete support walls needed to be resupported with 17 steel beams. Exterior was pressure washed and painted. We installed new gutters with a new drainage system and some light landscaping with alot of cleanup, this house now feels like a home.
